Apple Mango Goat Cheese Salad

I don't make salads often, because I just don't find them filling.
BUT, there were leftover ingredients from the dinner last night- and I had a fresh mango...
In my language, that means combine them to make a delicious appetizer.

Bed of Lettuce
Diced Tomato
Chopped Red and Green Bell pepper
Chopped Red and Green Apple
Mango
Top it off with goat cheese, toasted sunflower seeds and balsamic vinaigrette-

Bam.

You would be surprised at how many things you can add Goat Cheese to- and how much better it makes almost any dish-

Fun Facts about Goat Cheese

It is easier to digest than most other cheeses
Goat Cheese is non-allergenic because it doesn't have the protein b-lactoglobulin that causes most allergies

And in case the nutritional aspects interest you: Compared to Cow's Milk Cream Cheese,
Goat cheese has twice the protein, more minerals, calcium, potassium, iron, and phosphorus than Cow's milk- and unlike cow's milk has vitamins A, B, and Riboflavin...
